Use it when the verdict is no and you want that clear from the thumbnail. Write the warning as your title, 30 characters at most. Your photo is optional, if you want the actual product you tested in the frame. Turn words off and the layout adapts, letting the red cross carry the verdict. It reads the same in 16:9 for YouTube and in 9:16 for Shorts, Reels and TikTok.
Tip: give the warning a reason in a few words, 'Broke in a week', so it reads as a verdict, not a rant.
