About Field Notes
Field Notes is for travel vloggers, hikers, outdoor channels and road-trip storytellers. A handwritten paper label lies over a wide landscape, with the name of the place stamped above it. It feels like a page from a traveller's notebook: unhurried, specific and real, which is what makes people want to go there with you.
Use it for a walk, a trail, a city or a long drive. Put the location in the Place field, up to 16 characters, and write a title of up to 36 characters as the note. A photo is optional; your own shot of the place makes the travel thumbnail unmistakably yours. Words can be switched off for a pure landscape cover. Use 16:9 for YouTube and 9:16 for Shorts, Reels and TikTok.
Tip: write the note like a diary line, 'Nobody warned us about the wind', not like a brochure.
