About Day One of Thirty
Day One of Thirty is for series makers, 30-day challenge creators, video diarists and habit-building channels. A tear-off calendar page stays the same across the whole series; only the day changes. Regular viewers recognise the next episode instantly, and new ones see a journey they can join at any point.
Use it on every episode of a run, from day one to the finale. Fill in Day and Of how many, up to 3 characters each, then a title of up to 38 characters for this episode. A photo is optional if you want the day's scene behind the calendar. The day count is the point, so the words always stay. Make each thumbnail in 16:9 for YouTube or 9:16 for Shorts, Reels and TikTok.
Tip: let the episode title say what changed today, 'First 5 km run', since the calendar already says which day it is.
