About Confession
Confession is for vloggers, personal storytellers and challenge creators who are about to own up to something. It is stark: one bold colour, a short admission in big condensed capitals, and you beside it. It feels personal and a little risky, the kind of thumbnail that makes people stop because someone is about to tell them something real.
Use it for the video where you admit a mistake, a secret or a habit. Write the admission as your title, up to 34 characters,. A photo of you is recommended, since it works best with your face next to the words. The admission is the point, so there is no words-off version. Make it wide for YouTube (16:9) or tall for Shorts, Reels and TikTok (9:16).
Tip: write it in the first person and past tense, 'I lied about my channel', so it reads as a real admission.
