The fine print
- What is a credit?
- One credit develops one variant: a full cover at every size of its format. You see the cost before you press the button, and the balance is always in the header.
- What if a variant fails?
- Its credits go straight back to your balance. You only pay for frames that develop.
- Do credits run out?
- Pack credits don’t: they stay on your balance until you use them. Plan credits are for their week or month (a yearly plan’s come month by month): each time, they are brought back to the plan’s amount, and the ones you didn’t use don’t carry over. When a plan ends, its credits end with the period you paid for. Credits are used in this order: free, then plan, then pack.
- Can I buy a pack without the plan?
- Yes. Packs are one-off and anyone can buy them, with or without the plan.
- Who takes the payment?
- Paddle, our merchant of record: Paddle sells to you, takes the payment, handles sales tax or VAT and issues receipts and invoices. Cancel a plan any time; it runs to the end of the period you paid for, and its credits can be used until then. Refunds are explained in the refund policy.
